    We value your satisfaction regarding our products and services. For this reason, we only sell products that we are convinced are of the highest quality. We always collect and pack your order with the greatest care.

    Nevertheless, there's a possibility that you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. Like always, we're more than happy to assist here. Below you'll find all information regarding returning your order.

    Warranty and defects

    Should an item break within the warranty, contact us immediately. Mind that warrantee is voided as a result of wrong usage, drops and hits.

    Returns 

    Did you receive a wrong or defective product? Contact us immediately. We'll replace or deliver the correct or remaining article as soon as possible!

    Did you order the wrong item or are unhappy with the product? You may return the item within 14 days. You can send the items to the address stated below.

    When you want to return an item, make sure you notify us through thew website contact form, email or give us a call. It's important that the item is complete, unopened and unused in its original seal.  When you've received a gift with your order, this needs to be returned as well. We'll make sure to deposit the amount to your account, within 14 days of receiving the return. Items that are damaged or used can not be returned and will therefor not qualify for restitution.

    Right of withdrawal 

    You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

    The withdrawal period is 14 days beginning from the day on which you or a third party named by you but other than the carrier has taken possession of the goods.

    of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. Download

    To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

    Effects of withdrawal

    If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

    You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

    Just so we're on the same page:

    • Notify us about your return, via website, email or phone.
    • Pack the unopened/unused items in a cardboard box.
    • Drop the package at the postoffice.
    • Send all items back to us, complete and in original state and you'll receive a full refund to your account within 14 days.
