    1.1 What is Tastea?

    Tastea lets you order luxurious and completely natural tea-blends. Our goal is to have to enjoy tea in the best possible flavors all whilst staying healthy.

We've got tea blends for nearly every need, wether you're pregnant, wanting to lose some weight, need an energy booster or want to increase your focus. There's a tea for everyone. 

    The best about our teas is that you choose what you want to brew with it, be it a hot cup or a refreshing iced tea. Do what you like best.

    1.3 Can I receive a sample?

    Unfortunately we do not offer any samples of our teas. The best way to taste several teas is by getting the Tastea Tasting Box.

    2.1 Is the tea biological?

    Nearly all our teas are biologically grown and processed. All teas are fully made of natural ingredients.

    2.2 How many calories and/or carbs are in the tea blends?

    The teas contain little to no calories and carbohydrates. De teas contain such a low amount that it's near immeasurable and will not influence calorie intake. For this reason it isn't stated on the packaging and online.

    2.3 What is the price of the tea based on?

    Tastea teas are hand-plucked blends with actual fruit, the purest herbs and spices and are completely natural. Plucking tea leaves is a labor intensive proces that requires lots of manual labor. When using machine harvesting, the quality of tea goes down considerably. As we think the quality of hand-plucked tea is of higher quality, this suits the tastea experience better.

    2.4 How much tea should I use per cup?

    We recommend using between 2.5-5 grams of tea per 400ml, to ensure optimal flavor experience. The combinations of the tea blends are so diverse, that the amount of tea differs per blend. Every tin has the perfect preparation detailed on the outside, but in the end this comes down to personal flavor, so do what you like best!

    2.5 When does tea expire?

    Tea, luckily, can't go bad. But to ensure the highest quality is enjoyed, we recommend finishing a tin within 3 months of opening. To assist with the teas longevity, store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.

    3.1 Which teas do not contain theïne (caffeine)?

    4.1 Can I lose weight by using Skintight and/or 30-Day Detox?

    The tea is completely natural and has aided many customers with achieving their goals. The tea contributes to a healthy lifestyle and a positive feeling. As the herbs and spices used in these teas are diuretic, we recommend drinking enough water to keep your moisture balance in check. As tea is not a medicine, we cannot guarantee effects. Every body reacts differently to herbs and spices. The tea is mainly an tool to assist you in achieving your goals in a natural way.

    4.2 Is it possible to combine 30-Day Detox and Skintight?

    It's absolutely possible to combine Detox and Skintight. 30-Day Detox requires you to have 2 cups per day in the morning and in the evening. Whereas you should consume Skintight before every meal. This allows for the following routine: Before breakfast a cup of Skintight. After, during or just after breakfast a cup of Detox Morning. Then before lunch a cup of Skintight. Followed by a cup of Skintight before dinner and an hour before bed a cup of Detox Evening.

    4.3 How many times can I use 30-Day Detox?

    Following the 30-Day Detox, we recommend a detox-break of 7 days. This time will make sure your bodes doesn't get used to the herbs and spices in the tea, so when you start your next Detox, your body react to the tea as you expect it will. Aside from the recommended break, you may repeat the 30-Day Detox as many times as you think you need.

    4.4 Why does Skintight have such a pronounced flavor?

    Skintight has quite a pronounced flavor as it's a black tea with herbs without added artificial enhancers. When you experience the tea to be too strong, the best option is to add a slice of lemon or add a couple leaves of mint; this masks other flavors.

    5.1 I've got a medical/pregnancy related question.

    Our teas are completely natural, free from artificial additives. The tea is meant to support natural processes of your organs. During development of our blends, we meticulously research any side effects, but as no proven side effects or laxative effects are found, we can not give any medical advice.     6.4 Can a discount be added after placing an order?

    Unfortunately discounts or promotions cannot be processed after finalizing an order.

    6.5 Can I buy now and pay later?

    Klarna is the only option to buy now and pay later; order what you need and select the Klarna payment option during checkout. After receiving your order you just pay for what you want to keep. Klarna will send you an invoice later, which you need to pay within 14 days.

    Shipping

    7.1 What are the fees for shipping?

    The costs of shipping are €4,95 per order. Orders over €35 are shipped out free to The Netherlands and Belgium.

    7.2 What are orders packaged in?

    We pack orders in FSC Certified cardboard boxes.

    The FSC Certification stands for paper and paper products from responsibly managed forestry. The paper pulp does not come from Highly Valued Forests (ancient forests) and plantations that are not on grounds previously occupied by tropical rainforest. The certification judges the source and raw materials for paper and paper products.

    Since 1993 FSC helps preserve the world's forests. FSC made worldwide general standards when it comes responsible forestry. The FSC Certification allows foresters to distinguish themselves from ones that do not uphold the same responsibility standards.

    7.3 When will my order be shipped?

    If you order before 18:00hr you'll receive your order the next day.

    7.4 My tin is damaged/dented, what can I do?

    It's a shame when our tins are received damaged or dented. Unfortunately there's no way to prevent this. When your tin is damaged in such a severe way it impacts the product inside, we kindly like to receive a photo of this. Please forward this to our Customer Service Team at [email protected]. We'll see into a fitting solution.

    Exchanging

    8.1 Can I exchange a product?

    When you'd like to exchange a product, please return it to the address below. We'll return the payment amount to your account within 14 business days. Afterwards you can place a new order in the webshop.

    8.2 Do I need to return the included gift as well?

    If your order came with a gift and you need to return 1 or more items from your order, the gift needs to be returned as well.

    8.3 Can I change or cancel my order?

    If you didn't finalize payment on your order, we're able to cancel it on our side. When you've already finalized payment, we'll need to check if the order is already shipped. If your order is already shipped out to you, you may return this to;

    9.1 I'd like to have my data deleted from your database, how do I do this?

    Whenever you'd like to have you data deleted, just contact our Customer Service and let us know what data you'd like to have deleted. We'd love to help you and will act accordingly within the legally required timeframe.

    9.3 How can I edit my Personal Information?

    9.4 I'm not able to log on to my account, what should I do?

    When you're trying to log on to your account and you're greeted with an error, you can reset your password by using the link 'Forgot password?'. We'll send an email to the email address known to us. Beware: Occasionally this email ends up in your unwanted folder. If you're still unable to access your account after this, contact our customer service department.
