The valerian in this tea blend has a relaxing and calming effect, and verbena is a power plant that can help against a hectic and stressful feeling. Because there is no theine in this herbal tea, you can start the night calmly and relaxed.

Apple, verbena, balm, natural flavour enhancers (orange-mandarin flavour), orange peel, hop leaves, tulsi, calendula, lady's mantle herb, valerian and summer savory.
