Relax in 30 minutes
In our society it’s hard to destress and charge yourself again The expectations are high; towards ourselves and for ourselves. The result is a lack of ‘me-time’ and too much focussing on these expectations. In this article we teach you how to relaxed more easily and how to put yourself on number one again.
Exercise
Play the game of stretch in order to find yourself energetic again. Exercising helps your body to get rid of stress and tension. Go for some inspiration in the world of yoga or head to the gym again.
Scent
Scents are having a strong influence on our mood. That’s why your favorite smell is able to rekindle your flame. So lite that scent candle, prepare your favorite tea and take a moment for yourself.
Hot drink
Poor yourself a mug of hot tea. Because you aren’t able to gulp down your mug in a second, you are more aware of what you are doing. So take a seat, put away your phone and enjoy.

High tea at your place
Combine your favorites by organizing a high tea at your place. Invite your friends (or not), prepare your preferred teas and cook up some food. Set the table and make it cozy. By the change in atmosphere you’ll be able to snap out and feel your total self again.
